Hydraulic Hoses & Fittings
Steel wire braid and steel wire spiral hydraulic hose assemblies engineered to SAE, DIN, EN, and GB international standards, for offshore and industrial power systems.
Correct hose selection and assembly configuration determine reliability and economic efficiency. Hose dimension, working pressure, impact pressure and fatigue lifespan, temperature range, chemical compatibility, bending radius, and friction all affect the finished hose assembly.
Hose
Standards
Every hose standard SSAEPL currently supplies, spanning I.D. sizes 5–51 mm (dash sizes ‑03 to ‑32).
Steel Wire Braid Hose
- SAE 100R1AT Part No. 1T

- GB 10544‑3 Part No. 4SC
- GB 10544‑4 Part No. 4SE
Assembly
Ordering & Measurement
Hose assemblies are ordered as a code string: fitting (left) / fitting (right) × hose part number × overall length + spring guard / natural bending direction & displacement angle.
Safety Guide for
Hose Assemblies
Using hose assemblies and fittings correctly ensures reliability and economic efficiency.
- 01Hose dimension: correct inside diameter selection
- 02Working pressure: recommended at one-quarter of minimum burst pressure
- 03Impact pressure & fatigue lifespan: select hose rated for high impact pressure
- 04Temperature range: use a hose spring guard if operating temperature runs high or low for extended periods
- 05Chemical compatibility: ensure hose inner tube, cover, fittings and O-rings are compatible with the hydraulic medium
- 06Bending radius: below the minimum standard reduces pressure capacity and lifespan
- 07Friction: use a spring guard where the hose contacts hard objects continuously
Storage
Requirements
- 01Recommended storage temperature 0–35°C, exceeding +50°C is not allowed
- 02No ozone-emitting equipment nearby, including mercury vapor lamps, high-voltage electronics, generators and spark-producing devices
- 03Corrosive, flammable, and gas-volatile products cannot be stored nearby
- 04Stay away from strong heat sources and strong electromagnetic fields
- 05Avoid direct sunlight or strong artificial light sources
- 06Protect all rubber surfaces from damage due to sharp objects or abrasion
- 07Cannot be piled up too high · guarantee against rodent attack
- 08Follow the rule of “first in, first out”
Hose assembly lifespan is reduced to 50% when working pressure reaches 1.25× the recommended working pressure.
